or Premium levels of technical support. These programs include:
Standard
Support
* Warranty-level telephone support is included for all registered
Wabot customers. Hours are from 8:00 am
to 8:00 pm EST, excluding Wabot company holidays. Please call
022.576.1435 to request support.
Note:
Standard Support covers Wabot software products and Wabot-delivered
solutions only, and does not include Developer Support, Application
Support, and/or support for third-party solutions. Please see
below.
* Online
customer support requests are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days
per week.

Premium
Support
* Registered customers may choose to uplift warranty-level telephone
support to be available 24hours per
day, 7 days per week, including holidays. Premium Support clients
should call Wabot-provided numbers per their specific Support
