To report a problem using email, please address your email to support@Wabot.com Please supply your contact information, plus a description of your problem and instructions on how to reproduce it. You may attach any additional files necessary for reproducing your problem.

Technical Support Services
All Wabot software products, platforms and prefabricated solution components are available with Standard or Premium levels of technical support. These programs include:

Standard Support
* Warranty-level telephone support is included for all registered Wabot customers. Hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, excluding Wabot company holidays. Please call 022.576.1435 to request support.

Note: Standard Support covers Wabot software products and Wabot-delivered solutions only, and does not include Developer Support, Application Support, and/or support for third-party solutions. Please see below.

* Online customer support requests are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

Details of the Standard Support program can be found in the Wabot Support Agreement.

Premium Support
* Registered customers may choose to uplift warranty-level telephone support to be available 24hours per
day, 7 days per week, including holidays. Premium Support clients should call Wabot-provided numbers per their specific Support agreement. * Online support requests are accepted 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
